As long as you don't create any clearance issues with your weight distribution or tow vehicle then this should work just fine. Ironically I'm in the process of doing the reverse - moving my tanks from the front of the A frame just aft of the tongue jack back to the battery rails by the trailer front wall and moving the battery forward on the A frame. Also gives me sufficient room for a second battery box that will hold my fresh water transfer pump. While you're at it you might want to paint the A frame and add a platform to the A frame ... I've used 1/2" plywood for this on past trailers, for our current one I'm using 3/16" diamond plate. Eventually I'll post pics in my gallery once the project has been completed.
