I wonder if everyone would agree with the term "stole". According to the agreement, Fiat cannot use Chrysler funds unless the companies are fully merged. If 100% ownership doesn't already mean Fiat is responsible for Chrysler's pension and other obligations, a merger surely will and the owners will be the shareholders of the merged company wherever they live.

True...but he talking about bringing models in from overseas to do it.
It will go both ways. Among other things, it sounds like they really want to expand Jeep presence in Europe and Asia. Ford and GM have lots of world models, why would a merged Chrysler Fiat be any different?
