I knew Cummins was good enough and had a good enough rep that someone else would take advantage of it...Good for Nissan...If anyone should be concerned, I'd think it would be Toyota., maybe even Ford....Ram and Nissan will both have diesels in 1/2 ton trucks....no matter the name or displacement....Ford and Toyota at this time, don't have a diesel to be offered in their 1/2 tons sold here in the US...Don't really think Ram will be concerned about Nissan, nor Nissan with Ram, such is life as we know it.

Here you go. Other's can read the activity as well. No propaganda like you want others here to believe, but for your reading entertainment.

Toyota, GM, and Ford all have available diesels in their arsenal to put into their half ton trucks. I'm sure if there's a business case for them to move forwards then they shall. Having said that Toy will be the last to enter the half ton diesel market if they choose to due to their ultra conservative business nature.
