They are running it at full capacity it was only going intially to be for the Tundra , so that is why the Tacoma was moved there as well to utilize undercapacity. They started making the new Corolla in other plants instead of Texas.
All Three Japanese manufacturers US Pickup production is a sideline effort for them, as they do not sell them Globally. Even the New US Nissan Van is not sold anywhere else. Quite a few NA Specific models are offered by all three.
I know in Australia we get the 4.5 Litre V8 Diesel Landcruisers and the earlier Nissan Patrol(As well as the current one) which are not offered anywhere else.
