Lots of opinions from those don’t own one or ever towed with one. I’ve had mine for a little over a year now, 2,000 miles towing 8,000 lbs with no issues. Its capabilities for comparison exceeds the 06 Silverado 2500 8.1L Allison 4.10 combo it replaced. It won’t be as fast as the big three diesel trucks but it’s a rock solid stable towing platform.
