That could be a very much non starter. It will be just a 5 litre turbocharged engine, not even mildly Ecoboost
If it gets turbos it will be a ecoboost,its what Ford does now.
I agree with ib516 , it will not be an Ecoboost, but a turbo engine with a large thirst under ,load. That is what Turbo engines do and the Ecoboost 3.5 already does that
