Can't say on the trailer icon. There's not one on my 2016 2500 that I'm aware of.
And every Chrysler from early 2000s up through 2 - 2016s in the garage currently, if the fog/driving lights are turned on, they stay activated when headlights are on, between key cycles. Guessing yours is the same. Or are you saying they won't turn off?
