What is best oil additive to add to 7.3 with 171000 miles?

I did the same thing with my '99 until I found out that the oil in the HPOP is changed with the engine running. I thought it was good maintenance till I dropped the plug one time and spent an hour looking for it. Decided then that I didn't need to do that job. ;)
