Oil additive f350. 7.3 2001
What is best oil additive to add to 7.3 with 171000 miles?

- Never used a oil additive in mine. Just changed the oil with Shell Rotella every 5k miles.
- Why add anything? Just keep doing normal oil changes. If you are concerned at all you can get your oil analyzed every couple changes to see if anything is going on.
- I would put Shell full synthetic 5 W 40 OIL in it and nothing else.
