Congrats on being in the market for a new truck and trailer.
As others have posted, since you are looking at both find the trailer you want first. Or at least narrow the choices down to a handful.
Now where I differ from someone others is I would use the GVWR of the RV as my weight. This would be the very minimum you would want tour truck to tow. However, with a family of 6 I would add 19-15% safety margin.
I would then used15% of the GVWR as tongue weight if it's a TT, 25% if it's a FW. Don't even fart around with the pin weights they give you. Also, family of 6 is going to use up a lot of payload. My family of 4 and small dog with 2 kid seats, cooler, blocking, etc... stuff ready for long road trip with 2 small children, is about 700lbs. It adds up quick.
If you can find an F150 with the HD payload package, you could probably use that as TV depending on the size of RV you plan to get. The only problem is they are pretty much special order. I have seen exactly 2 since 2011. No 2015.
