I did factory orders and all negotiations on my last 4 trucks all on line/email without stepping foot in the dealership until pick-up day. I did know exactly what I wanted and sent my request to several dealerships and let them beat each other down. I totally hate going into a car/truck dealership and doing the 'dance' from 1960. It is such a confrontational BS ritual that I will not put up with.
