I have found that speaking to the commercial sales rep will yield a much better experience. They know specs, they know capacities and they tend to be the smartest salesman that the dealership has. Reason is commercial sales require going off of spec sheets. There is no BSing. Make a mistake on a Gov. bid and your lose your bid bond or the sale or both. Be as educated as you can be, but sometimes you have to rely on the sales rep for some detailed info. I would request to speak to the commercial sales department, if they refuse since you are not a commercial customer, I would threaten to walk. They will certainly relent if the option is no sale.
