I'm contemplating buying an RV and this particular thread had a lot of useful information, especially with respect to towing info.
My wife and I like the layout of the Jayco 28bhbe for the most part.
The biggest question I have is, how is your Tundra pulling it? I have a 2010 Tundra (with the Rock Warrior package). 5.8L V8
Having any problems pulling something that heavy? Also, did you install a Brake Controller and did you get some type of add-on for your mirrors so you can see down the side of the trailer?
I have a 2008 Tundra 5.7 with the towing package. My TT is 28ft and 5600 shipping weight. I have not had any trouble with hills and I always carry some water. It will usually run up to about 3,500 rpm on a longer hill, peak torque for that motor.
While the trailer you are looking at would probably near the limits, I think it will do it. You will certainly need a brake controller. I have the sport mirrors and use the extensions that slip over the existing.
Also with the length you are looking at I would think a sway controller too, but have never used one myself, although we do get some pretty good gusts around here.
You might also check out a Tundra website. Lots of towing info there specific to your truck. Tundra
I've seen Dick (bluwtr49) around here who used to tow quite a bit with a Tundra. Might ask him too.
