Fizbin - In the Austin area I'll bet there are some independent mobile RV service guys. I'd call Jayco and see if they have any of those authorized for doing warranty work (if needed). Then call the authorized tech and ask about his typical lead-time for doing calls. That would keep you out of the dealer's service department post-sale.
