funny story about the pork butt. The meat stalled in the cooking process. We had it on the smoker for 13 hours for just under 7 lbs. Couldn't get the meat temp up. We had to feed the little one so off to dominos I ran for dinner that night. I ended up putting the butt in the oven to finish it off and Now it is tonight's dinner and my helpful neighbor will get to partake in it.:C
The key was to wash, then use a clear coat compound applied with an electric buffer. Then rub it off with microfiber towels. Rinse TT and then use a spray on wax. remember the clear coat compound will strip the wax so waxing is a must. The whole process took 2 days but to be fair, 5 of those hours were spent trying to figure it out without his help. Exhausting but well worth it.
