Outdoor Kitchen options in 26 to 31 foot bunkhouses

I'm hoping you guys can give me some feedback on outdoor kitchens in mid-sized bunkhouse travel trailers.

Here's my situation, my family really likes the floor plan style of the Jayco 32BHDS or Keystone Bullet Premiere 31BHPR, they are very popular and with the large outdoor kitchen they are a dream setup for us. There are two issues though that keep me looking at other options; a 35 to 36 foot long trailer is just a bit longer than we want to go, and the cost is a significant jump up from trailers in next smaller tier.

Something like the Jayco 26BHS would work very well in terms of bunk space and overall size but we'd have to give up that outdoor kitchen. I've seen a few floor plans at about the 31 foot range that have low profile "half kitchens" (Shadow Cruiser S-280QBS and Ameri-lite 279BH). I can't tell if this would be workable or not. It seems like you'd give up the rain protection of the full sized kitchen door. On the other hand, the most important items are the stove top and sink, so that could be a decent compromise. The sink does drain into the tank doesn't it? Fridge doesn't matter to us at all.

So my questions are 1) does anyone know of models of bunkhouses in the 26 to 31 foot range with full sized outdoor kitchens or 2) those that have the "half kitchens" how well do you like them?

I suppose we could go back to using a coleman stove on the picnic table, and I'd consider doing that to save $10,000 but I'm hoping there is a mid-sized trailer floor plan that I've overlooked that would allow for the best of all worlds.

Thanks!
