Outfitter Apex 9.5 Help

I too have one of the older Outfitters on here. A 2004 Apex 8 and still going strong. I replaced both of my electric waste valves with manual and Brian was most helpful telling me exactly where to cut a hole to access the old grey tank valve and how to position the new valve. He then followed up a couple of days later to insure that everything had gone smoothly.

Any other questions that I have had during the past 12+ years of Outfitter ownership have been promptly answered. I have nothing but good words to speak concerning Outfitter's Customer Service.
