OK. I wasn't tying to say anything bad. I was just wondering. I thought surburban's were like half ton pickups with 5 bolt wheels and 5.3 liter engines or something like that. Now that I think about it more there is no reason they couldn't have a big version too. My brain just wasn't working this morning that's all.
Most are...they also make (or used) a 2500 model that has the 8.1L big block, 4L80E transmission and 14 bolt full floating rear. The
reason I use the Hensley hitch is to keep it behaving nicely since the burb does have a short wheelbase for a 32' trailer.
Trailer weighs 8500 lbs loaded, I am under all ratings on the truck.
You are correct though that this would be waaay too much trailer for a 1500 burb.
