Payload vs CWR

Your Cargo Weight Rating includes the weight of a passenger (estimated average of 150 lbs)in every seat of the truck. If you have every seat occupied in the truck then it's the weight of the passengers subtracted from the payload rating which will give you your Cargo Weight Rating. So if your truck has a 3900 lb payload and you subtract the 150 lbs for every seat, you come up with a CWR of approximately 3000 lbs.
