I would advise you use the EB and TH feature all the time. You rarely use the service brakes until near stopping.
I can honestly say my 11 HO Dually took less pressure to stop then my new 15 Dually but using the EB and tH it's a non issue.
Now that you bought the best truck I would highly recommend buying the best hitch. B&W RVK3600 designed for the factory puck system.
