I replaced my PacBrake compressor after taking off the old one I was able to tighten the head bolts about a 1/4 turn. Probably why it only would pump to 60psi.
I would advise anyone with the PacBrake air compressor check the 4 bolts holding the head to the compressor body.
Sounds like you need a better quality bracket. Have you talked to Doug at PacBrake?
