PU Bed Lining

I have a friend that does Rhino Linings. He even does them on the roof of trailers and RV's. There is an RV shop in east county that charge an absence price to do the roof of an RV. They wanted almost $7000.00 bucks to do my 28ft 11in Class-C RV.

when I put a slide in bed liner in a previous pickup, I just got two pieces of masonite (IIRC) stuck them down with silicone seal, and had the liner put on over them.
I believe at that time the truck mfr. had a warning that the bed warranty was off as far as paint, etc., if you had a liner.

I've had 6 LINE-X spray-on liners. My oldest is 16 years old and still in good shape. They come in different colors and can be sprayed over the bed caps and other areas of the truck. I highly recommend LINE-X over any other spray-on liner, and definitely over a plastic drop-in liner. Visit a LINE-X dealer near you and see the difference.

13 years now with the Rhino Bed sprayed on liner even up and over the sides and it still looks new on our 2004.5 GM HD truck and it still grips stuff so it doesn't slide around. Absolutely love it! Our truck is always outside as it won't fit in the garage and is used for RV'ing with the big over 11' Lance TC or our Carriage Carrilite 5th wheel.

Had LineX on one truck years ago and it was hard and slippery and very quickly had gouges to the painted bed metal and thru the paint in a couple places from the stuff sliding around like mad. Looked like c r a p in just a couple years. The LineX was Slippery as snot! NEVER again!

You might check out a BedRug as an option especially if you have a cap or tonneau cover. I love mine but my truck is not a gravel hauler. They are great if you crawl in and out of the bed a lot. Very easy on the knees.

I agree about the slide in types, and they also trap moisture which can cause rust in some climates. I really like the factory spray liner on my Ram, though. My previous truck beds have always ended up looking like cr@p to the point where there was more bare metal than paint. I've got a few dents already but so far this thing has held up great. Eventually it may fade some but that's still better than what I've ended up with in the past.

Well I have a 16 year old spray in bed line still looks great and no scratches or dings in the bed! Looks far better than a scratched up and rusty painted bed!!

I think the point is all the small little dings that add up over time, not the one-time big event.

I just got the hybrid rhino lining and i really like it. They did a great job and it's grippy, but not overly so. Highly recommended
