purpose of roof lights?
Why do 3/4 and above pickups have a row of lights on the roof, but not the 1/2 ton? What purpose do the lights serve, other than working-man's "bling"?

My '04.5 2500 does not have them. My brother bought a used '04.5 2500 that has them. Must have been someones personal preference.
