purpose of roof lights?
Why do 3/4 and above pickups have a row of lights on the roof, but not the 1/2 ton? What purpose do the lights serve, other than working-man's "bling"?

NC Hauler, they are required nationwide on the "trailer" not necessarily the TV. All RV "trailers" have 1-3-1 red across the back and at least amber lights in the front corners. My TV (3500HD) does not have them and are not required as the vehicle stands alone as it is SRW.
