IF you decide to pull spark plugs be sure you research how to do it on these engines. Broken plugs and a $100 tool purchase is the minimum to expect if ya dont. Go to one of the F150 sites and look up plug changes. Actually fairly simple but requires breaking (barely) torque then squirting carb cleaner in and let set 30 mins or more. The carefully easing the plug out. May have to use more carb cleaner. They recommend a NICKLE antisieze for reinstall and it is not particularly cheap. If ya break a plug it will require if sent to dealer head pull etc and I was quoted $400 or so. Yes the long reach plugs run about $15 each also. Have questions PM me and Ill try to help.
