That's what I had it at too. I was quite surprised by that.
Why? The Hemi puts out more power at sea level and by the time you do the math at the altitude you tested, it was going to be a VERY close race; which it was. In fact, by the numbers the Hemi should have beat out the oil burner by just a little bit.
And no, the Cummins is not putting out more power; the Hemi is or should at that altitude. At sea level the Hemi is putting out quite a bit more power.
Nice test BTW IB. I like it better than the mag tests. :)
