RAM 6.7 Cummins 2500 OR 3500
Going From RAM 2500 6.4 HEMI Gasser to either RAM 2500 6.7L C or RAM 3500 6.7L C What do you all think, is there a huge difference? Currently pulling 29RKS jayco tt Looking to get a 5er about 14...

Most of them have a 6500 lb RAWR, not 6000 lbs. The only ones I'm aware of with 6000 lbs are the base models with 17" wheels, and there aren't too many of those floating around.
The information from Ram does not backup this claim. Only 2500 Mega Cab models in the US come with the 6500 lb RAWR, the rest are 6000. I'm not saying you're wrong, but I'd need to see more than a few door jambs to be convinced.
