I tow an Aerolite 242BHS, 28 1/2 feet long- with my Tundra (and a WDH) . The TT weighs 5850 (on the scale) loaded with camping gear, but without water and food in the fridge. TW is 700.
By the scale - when I load the family up (wife and 3 kids), I am right at the GVWR (7200) of the truck. We pack everything extra in the trailer, just us in the truck.
If I ditched the Leer bed cap - we could get back about 250lbs for the truck, but that is still not very much.
The truck feels like it would pull quite a bit more - but don't see how you could stay in the numbers with anything much heavier.
