My 2014 Dodge Ram 5.7 hemi has a 3.92 rear axle ratio. Would I be good to pull a 26' travel trailer with a dry weight of 4800. I put between 700/800 pounds of "stuff" in the trailer and another 300 ...

My Dodge info for that year shows for the 2500 only a 3.73 or a 4.10 Or 3.42 with the diesel available
Do you have a 1500?
Even with a 1500 you will be fine. But the axle ratio is not as important when you have a transmission that has the 6 speeds like the dodge. Axle ratios must be considered in tandem with the transmission gear ratios and how many gears are available.
Don't sweat the ratio.
