The Ford haters are out in force tonight. Impressive, y'all really should grow up one day and learn how to act like an adult instead of schoolboys
Should be the same for all makes... no?
I prefer redheads... I like the challenge.... they have a nasty streak in em... very moody... a temper that can buckle the knees of most... make grown men cry.., if you can get one at the right time they can be a lot of fun!! :B - 45RicochetExplorerWell Mark 1999 is really stretching it buddy, unless your talking about frame material. Fine truck IMO if warrantied.

Careful Mark...Blue KoolAid causes thin skin....

- Perrysburg_DodgExplorerI never said Ford WASwasn't doing bad. I didn't know Ford did a Mid year launch of there SD. The question is why is it not a 2014.5 because that is what it is. Unless it's a total redo it's just a mid year upgrade, like the Rams get. But think what you want boys.

Edit: wasn't should have been was. Freudian slip HAHAHA - Ford_ManExplorerBased on these dates that are listed on the recall is when my 2014 F350 DRW 6.7 was built as a 2014 not a 2015.

just because you launch your new model six months early do not mean you have meet any "production schedules".
It only shows your old truck was not selling.
Don... Ford seems to be doing okay...
http://news.pickuptrucks.com/2014/04/who-sold-the-most-pickups-in-2013.html
Solidly selling more than Ram... more than twice as many half tons, more than twice as many 3/4 tons and about 10,000 less than twice as many 1 tons.
A little tired to do the math, but it appears GM twins sold slightly better than the F150, but Ford sells more full size pickups than anyone else. I don't really think you can make the argument that the old truck was not selling.
Before you give me a snarky response, I like the new Ram HD's better than Fords. If I had the money (and permission from the bride), there would be a shiny 2014 Ram 2500 megacab in my driveway right now...
I did get permission ,and have a new 2014 Ram 3500 Megacab, could of had a ford, but 16 years worth of superduty I had enough, wanted to try a REAL diesel for a change . - ricaticExplorer

Ric,
I've heard your story, respect your opinion and feel you got screwed over. But....every thread, really?
...just stating the facts...no different than the fish...I have backed off a bunch...in fact, a week or so ago I had a good chuckle when one of the Blue Koolaid Kings lamented that after several pages of a Blue Koolaid festival... none of the "haters" had showed up...with that bunch you are darned if you do and darned if you don't...
...oops..as I was typing one of the Kings showed up...

- Heavy_Metal_DocExplorerMeh......I have very little for brand loyalties so this is not a jab at Ford....I see it as a situation where a MFR is trying to look like extra good guys by jumping right onto fixing a problem when that fault really effects nothing because it is nothing more than a software issue...I mean, really? The R and D indicator light lags when you shift? I bet a lot of people wouldn't even notice.....they are fixing it fast because it's a very simple fix that costs nearly nothing to do....
