Reliability of new 2015 6.7 powerstroke or Cummins Diesel

Just Wondering what the reliability of newer diesels are as I am thinking about pulling the trigger on a new or slightly used truck Ford or Dodge. My old 95 runs good 7.3 diesel but you are always won...

We have had three Ram CTD. 1994, 2004 and 2017. None have left on the side of the road or given us a reason to switch platforms. Our current Ram makes more power than I need with our camper and towing our jeep. I'm ok with that. :)

We are considering our 4th Ram diesel currently for increased payload.

I drove Fords for years in construction.
