Reliability of new 2015 6.7 powerstroke or Cummins Diesel

I'm holding onto my '96 F250 diesel. It's as reliable today as it was back in 1996 when I drove it off the dealer's lot. It cost me about $25K, which included the Camper Package option so I could use it as an RV. It's been a reliable and faithful friend through the years, and it will be running long after I'm no longer able to drive. In fact, one of my grandsons asked me for it when I'm done, and so that's where it will wind up some day.
