Good Morning!My remote Atwood jacks on my Lance 915 left me stranded and cranking away the other day. I have done the power reset, checked all connections, changed the battery in the remote, checked for proper voltage to the jacks, etc.... When you flip the little toggle switch it lights up, you hit a button on the remote, the jacks work for about one second and quit, light go's out on the switch.So I'm guessing the board is shot?Has anyone rewired one of these things to run wired some how? Maybe made their own switch or something?I really dont want to spend $200.00 + one a new boardTHANKS!!!!

Does this do the same when when operating one jack verses all four? You may have a weak battery or bad connection causing an overload breaker to cycle.

Do you have the cord to connect the remote to the panel? (some years/models have that option, some don't)

Do's the same thing with one or all four.I have never seen a cord to connect to the panel. Although the cord that go's to the switch looks to be the same 6 pin cable that is used on the wired version.

I had a bad battery in the RV that caused this problem. I also forgot the power on the water heater that caused this issue also.

Check your battery cable connections, they can often appear tight but aren't making good contact.

I wish I had this back when I had a camper. Jacking up one at a time was not fun and no picnic. The way my dad did it, the way I did it, and glad my kids can just point and shoot with a remote. That is cool and glad it is working again! This is right up there as an upgrade for a camper as intermittent wipers on my 1973 Ford truck.

If the switch led isn't staying lit, spray some WD-40 in the switch, or charge the house battery, or both. I've had the switch problem once in 9 years, and found the WD-40 trick here.

Spoke to the company first. The are the ones that made the Atwood remotes before they fell out with Atwood.
Now they just make the same remote, nameless, and a lot cheaper.

Humm, I must have missed it. Thanks, I'll look again.

UPDATE: Found it. I still have to buy the wiring to connect each jack.

There is a wired remote available but you need the board and cable for it. And it's a different remote obviously. Do a search on Amazon for it. I think all three pieces are like $84.00

Get yourself one of these and no more cranking. You do have to go from jack to jack, but one good charge will raise or lower all 4 jacks.

So I take it that there isn't a hard wire remote available?

I just bought a set of electric Atwood jacks with wireless remote but discovered the wiring wasn't included. Duh...
