REMOTE START FOR DIESEL TRUCK
For those of you with the new GM DIESEL trucks...is it possible to get remote start on a diesel truck?

My 08 duramax had it from the factory. I put viper alarms with remote starts on my fleet, and they all start from a keyfob or smartphone. As far as the diesels, if it is cold enough for the truck to high idle, in the 4 or 5 minutes between the time I start it and get in it, it gets up to about 100 degrees coolant temp, not enough for heat, but enough to drive without an egg under your foot.
