Only thing worn out in 13 years is the batteries and the asphalt where the jacks sit! - towheadExplorerFor me, the hardest part was taking the old seals off. Putting new ones on was a snap.

For the future, lubricate it with baby powder. This provides some ability to allow the rubber to remain pliable and not stick, the cause of most tears. Once or twice a year is all you need.
