Does anyone know of some type of spool or spindle or Something to wind the electrical cord? The cabinet that ours retracts into has quite of bit of storage room, but the cord just lays on the bottom ...

There are more than a few retractable cord reels that could be installed. A simpler, less expensive alternative is to install a power inlet on the side of your trailer so that the cord becomes detachable.
