Going from one brand of jack to another, it is likely that the bolt holes on the mounting brackets will be completely different and won't line up. That will mean either drilling new holes in the brackets on the camper and/or jack, or replacing the brackets on the camper with the correct ones for the jacks you buy.
Caveats to drilling holes is that if they are too close to an existing hole they will be impossible to drill and may weaken the bracket.
Caveats to replacing the brackets on the camper body are getting the old bracket off, as it is likely well-caulked in place, filling in old holes that don't line up with the new brackets, drilling the new holes, possibly fishing hardware in tight spaces inside the camper, and sealing up around the bracket again so you don't get water intrusion.
