Doubt you'll find an "E" rated tire in a 14" size. Lucky to find a "D". Crossing my fingers and knocking on wood, I haven't had tire problems, other than those of my own making, on trailers. I haven't gone out of my way to avoid tires made in China, or to buy ones made elsewhere. I usually check tire pressure before I leave, but not always. They've endured dirt roads, Arizona and New Mexico highways and all kinds of abuse. I do replace them after 5 years or so. So I'm think it may be more luck than anything else on how well your tires serve you.
