Only tire failure I've ever had was with a Maxxis 8008 ST208/75R14 LRC. Steel belts broke. I was lucky that I had to make an emergency to my TT's bathroom. I noticed the bad tire while on the way back to the trailer. Otherwise, it would come apart at highway speed.
