As far as the mold where the water was puddling, it's outside, it gets dirty, wash it off.
Starting to lean towards just leaving it as is and keep an eye on it.
Hopefully it doesn't spread. However, we've been looking at upgrading to Northern Lite. Whomever we sell this to, dealer or private, is no doubt going to question the roof.

If Apache camping center installed your A/C then they used Dicor along with the rubber seal. It is very difficult to pry the A/C up as I had to to the same. You will need 2 people, 1 pushing up from the inside of the camper and another on the roof with a credit card or hand trying to free the dicor from the rubber roof while at the same time trying not to rip a hole in your roof. It took me about an hour to remove mine and many curse words. The bubbling could also be caused from the dicor they used. I installed a fantastic vent fan on my wolfy 1 and used dicor and the roof started to bubble just like in your pics. Never heard of an oil leak from an A/C unit...have you been using your a/c this winter? or noticed anything leaking from it?
It came from NW with the A/C. What did you do about the bubbling? Nothing?
