I immediately thought of my Satellite dome on top of our camper. HOWEVER, there are some bad/less than exciting experiences with this product as described elsewhere on the internet. Among them the product is expensive, takes several steps to apply, and doesn't last long.
Maybe I'll just stick to Rain-X on the dome.
