The reviews said it left a gritty white/silver/gray film, so I wouldn't use it on my MH. My in initial thought was on awnings, but a lot of the reviews said don't use on fabric. We have pavers at our place in Florida. Might be a good sealer for that. But they said it was $20 for 10=15 square feet, so that's too expensive. There's also a question of how long it lasts. I have an open utility trailer that sits outside. I may try it on that.
