I have an edge insight CTS. You can monitor up to 10 points at the same time and set it up to alarm at specific points. For the EGT you will have to drill and tap the exhaust manifold. Other than that it just plugs into the OBD port under the dash.
X2. On my vehicle you don't need to drill anything. It will give you post DOC EGT, post Nox EGT and post DPF EGT from the OBD2 port. It is truly plug and play. You can set lots of user defined alarms so you don't really have to watch them. If something happens outside your defined parameters you will hear about it. I have the Torque Pro and it's good, but it will not do transmission temps on mine. I called Scan Gauge and they could not do transmission temps on my 2008 Dodge CTD either. You can get the Edge Insight CS with smaller screen for about $299 or the larger screen for about $399. Take a look
HERE. I like it.
