- JRJRExplorerRancho 9000's on my 1999 f-250 superduty. They still work good after 6 years of hauling the camper.
- bigfootfordNomad IIbilstein's 4600! Mine are 9 years old, 75,000 miles and still great. Been all the way to Arctic circle on the worse dirt roads ever......
I was concerned that maybe the rears were shot from working with our 4200 lb camper. disconnected the bottoms and still firm and tight... They are really hard to compress!

As Artum states... the pre-maintenance when new is key to longer lasting adjustability on the Ranchos. I did this to both sets that I have had on the truck. When I took off the first replacements, the knobs turned with relative ease. - SidecarFlipExplorer III

6 years ago I replaced OEM worn out shocks on 2000 F350 with Monroe Gas Magnums and of course it was a big difference, duh, nothing to something. They are still working great. Our camper weighs 3500lbs
Glad you support a local to me business.. Monroe Shock, Tenneco. I use them too.
I look at shocks as a consumable item, they all wear out after a while. - Hemi_JoelExplorerOn my 93 ram dually, I had Monroe gas magnums on the front, and due to all of the internet recommendations, I switched over to Bilstiens. Big mistake. Now it is like sailing a boat over the waves. It's almost like I have no shocks at all. If I hadn't wrecked the Monroes getting them off, I would put them back on.

- wcjeepExplorerAlso happy with adjustable Rancho's. Highest setting when hauling, lower setting when empty.
- Area13ExplorerI have had Rancho 9k's for over a year now on my 2002 Super Duty, work great, no problems. I like being able to adjust them down to 1 when unloaded, 10 when loaded. These trucks ride very stiff, it helps.
- KD4UPLExplorerI had Bilsteins and they are good but I like my KYB Monomax better. I have them on my Chevy dually with an 11' TC. They do a great job.
