You can get the North Star Laredo SS without the bumper. No slide but 6'9 interior height. Should have more room in the cabover. No basement so you won't be at 12/13 foot off the ground. Be more like 11 foot from the ground to the top of the AC. Think the top of the sidewalls will be at 10 foot something.
