My last two trucks have the window deflectors. They work great allowing air into the vehicle without creating too much wind. You can also leave your windows cracked open in rain without worry of the inside getting wet.
I don't care about them while driving (I like the wind), but for camping, they are the best thing since buttered toast!
When I am out, I can leave the windows cracked and no one can see that they are open. And at night, if there is rain I don't have to worry.
On my current van they blend in and look almost OEM. Not so sure about my future van.
I had a hard time spending $40 for a couple of pieces of plastic, but they have been worth it.
