slide out is not level when extended

I have a 2021 Venture Sporttrek (KZ) travel trailer. One of my slide outs encompasses the entertainment center and kitchen table. The doors to the entertainment center no longer open when the slide is fully extended. I dropped it off for service and was told the slide needs adjusting. I got the trailer back and the doors still do not work. The slide, when extended, is not level.

Is this a simple adjustment or is something more concerning going on?
