After trying to get my POS Suburban oven for the past 8 months under warranty I have come to the conclusion that in many cases the warranty is worth less than the paper it is written on - aside from the fact that dealerships don't like warranty work for any number of reasons. IOW I can understand the OP's dilemma and desire to get on with it. Time is money and these RV warranty projects is not the same as auto warranty repairs - not by a long shot.
Then there is the quality of the fix by the dealer technician - sometimes they can cause new problems. Don't ask me how I know.
