So, I'm cleaning the roof yesterday and take a step back (about 10" in front of AC unit) think I feel a soft spot. I inspect a little further and can't really tell. It's about a 3"X3" area. I hone...

I considered the speaker being about right there, but never realized just how thin the roof wood is. What is that? A piece of luan board? SMH. Still can't believe how cheap the material is. Anyway, Thought I'd pull the AC vent cover inside and take a look for any signs of leaking. Good thing I did. One of the screws had completely backed out.
Gonna have my wife inspect from the inside while I press down in this area. Just to double check.

I've stayed on top of the caulking on the roof top accessories. Not so much every where else because I've never found any gaps...until this weekend. Could this be a problem or become one?
