My cousin and DH recently sold their TT at the PPL in Houston. Good experience, although getting the paperwork from the buyer's lender was slow, therefore their check was delayed. They have a "program" designed to tell you approx. when it should sell and for approx. amount. No idea what their commission is, but certainly worth a chat.
